PATHOLOGIES

Low back pain

Low back pain is pain located in the lower part of the back. , whose origin has to do with the musculoskeletal structure of the spine.

“Low back pain is defined as muscle pain in the lumbar area (L1-L5), which leads to increased muscle tone and stiffness”

Cervical Pain

Cervical pain is usually the result of muscle overload or nerve injury to the nerves that emerge from the spinal cord, in the space of the cervical spine, and that go towards the arms. These overloads or injuries can, in turn, have different causes.

Pyramidal Syndrome

Piriformis syndrome is a disorder of a small muscle located in the buttocks.
Symptoms include pain, tingling, or numbness in the buttocks and legs, which may worsen after prolonged sitting, climbing stairs, walking, or running.

Epicondylitis

Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a painful condition that occurs when the tendons in the elbow become overloaded, often from repetitive movements of the wrist and arm.

Despite its name, athletes are not the only ones who develop tennis elbow. People whose work is characterized by movements that can lead to tennis elbow include plumbers, painters, carpenters, and butchers.

Chondromalacia Patella

Injury to the cartilage located under the kneecap.
The cartilage under the kneecap is a natural shock absorber. Chondromalacia patella can occur when the knee is overused or injured.
The most common symptom is knee pain that increases when playing sports, going up or down stairs. You may also feel pain when kneeling, squatting, or sitting cross-legged.

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) is a chronic, complex condition that causes widespread pain and profound exhaustion, as well as a variety of other accompanying symptoms. Many times, it is described as pain from head to toe. It mainly affects the soft tissues of the body.

Plantar Fascitis

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the fibrous tissue (plantar fascia) along the bottom of the foot that connects your heel bone to your toes. Plantar fasciitis can cause severe heel pain. Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain.

Wrist Tendinitis

It is an acute or chronic inflammatory process of the tendon, which extends along the anterior part of the wrist. Tendons are quite resistant fibrous tissues that look like a cord or rope that connect the muscles to the bones and allow the movement of the joints.

Shoulder pain

Shoulder pain can have causes that are not due to an underlying disease. For example, overuse or lack of use of the area, a sprain, strain, or sleeping on that side.

Work Stress

Tight muscles, headache, back or neck problems, upset stomach, fatigue, infections, palpitations, rapid breathing, increased blood pressure, exhaustion, increased risk of obesity and cardiovascular problems, impaired memory, sleep problems dream.

Sprains

A sprain is an injury to the ligaments around a joint. Ligaments are strong, flexible fibers that support bones. When these are overstretched or ruptured, the joint hurts and becomes swollen.

Sprains are caused when a joint is forced to move in an unnatural position. For example, “spraining” an ankle causes a sprain to the ligaments around it.

Muscle Contracture

A Muscle Contracture is, as its name indicates, a contraction of the muscles. This contraction of muscle and fibers is involuntary, causing the muscle to be in constant tension. It is a fairly common injury not only in athletes, but in anyone.
